Jennifer was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she attended Benjamin Franklin High School and then graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a bachelor’s degree in zoology. Jennifer has over 15 years of Environmental, Health, & Safety experience and also worked as a service representative for the Social Security Administration. As a licensed financial advisor with Kropog Financial Group, Jennifer assists with financial planning tasks and client services.

Jennifer received her master’s degree in business leadership from Concordia College New York and is also a graduate of Leadership St. Tammany (Class of 2016). With a heart for servant leadership, Jennifer conducted a free dance fitness ministry through her local church and served as a Stephen Minister from 2016-2018. She enjoyed serving as secretary for the Mandeville High School Booster Club (2016-17) and as an ambassador and support group leader for the Alpha-1 Foundation (2018-2020). She currently serves as secretary for her local chapter of La Société de Femme, which supports the principles and programs of the military veterans of the 40&8 Veterans’ Organization.

Jennifer and her husband, Charley, reside in Mandeville with their three dogs and a horse. Her son Austin recently graduated from LSU, and her son Brandon attends Southeastern Louisiana University (SELU). The Craddock family enjoys outdoor adventures and travel whenever they can. An avid horse lover who began riding at the age of 8, Jennifer has a long-term interest in establishing a draft horse rescue.
